Channels
Connect a messaging surface to the agent selected in your dashboard. Each channel has its own authorization or pairing flow. Review the setup and permissions before connecting.
Slack
Select Connect Slack, authorize the app in your workspace, and send work through the connected channel. Choose the agent that answers on your Channels page.
Telegram
Select Connect Telegram on your Channels page. Open the bot link it shows and start the conversation; choose which agent answers from the chat.
Discord
Authorize the app in the intended Discord server, then use its connected channel to reach the agent selected in AgentSky.
WhatsApp
Use the linked-device pairing flow to let incoming messages reach your selected agent. This is an unofficial connection; review the risks before choosing a number.
iMessage
Connect iMessage by sending the pairing text to the number shown in AgentSky. The channel uses a US number and reaches the agent you select in the dashboard.
Lark
Connect your organization once. Everyone shares the workspace; each conversation can continue a task or start a new one.

Other entry points
Use the browser or build your own interface.
You can also run agents in the AgentSky browser workspace or integrate through the developer API. A messaging connection does not grant access to unrelated application data.
Browser
Choose an agent from the agent directory and start a task in the workspace.
Developer API
Use the developer documentation for current request formats, authentication and response handling.
Application access
Configure connectors and task permissions separately from the conversation channel.
Common questions
Choosing a channel
How do I choose which agent answers?
Select the answering agent in the dashboard. The connected surface routes to that selection; do not assume a chat command changes it.
Are setup methods identical?
No. Slack and Discord use authorization, Telegram opens a bot setup link, WhatsApp uses unofficial linked-device pairing, Lark uses a connect code sent to the bot, and iMessage uses a pairing text to a US number. Read the channel-specific instructions.
Does a channel connection include access to my other apps?
No. Configure application connectors and permissions separately. Channel installation does not authorize unrelated systems.
