Connect messaging apps so your agents are reachable from your phone or any other device — no browser needed.
Supported apps: iMessage, Telegram, Slack, Discord, and WhatsApp (more available). For Lark, a workspace admin connects your organization's bot to a shared workspace — see Connect Lark.
- On the web or Mac, find "Message your agents" in the sidebar, or go to Settings.
- Choose an app and follow the setup steps.
- Once connected, send a message in that app to start or continue a chat with your agent.

Good to know: some apps connect to a specific agent; your organization's Lark bot connects to a shared workspace. Replies appear in the messaging app and are also saved in your workspace so you can see the full history later.
