Meetings
AI meeting notes for every call you take on your Mac, from WeChat and Zoom to Lark and Teams: transcribed on your Mac, named from your calendar.
Meetings notices a call in WeChat, Tencent Meeting, Zoom, Lark, Feishu, Teams, Chrome or Safari, records both sides and transcribes it on your Mac. Each call becomes one note with a summary and action items, named from your Google or Outlook calendar and shared with your workspace as a document, where the workspace's other plugins can pick it up. For meetings you take elsewhere, a recorder can join Zoom, Meet and Teams as “AgentSky Notetaker”. In Zoom it also records the call window, what you share and what you do in it, kept closed at the end of the note. Each recording is deleted from your Mac once its call is transcribed, unless you keep recordings for 30 days; notes are kept. The menu bar shows ● Notes while a call is recorded.

Questions
- Can AgentSky take notes on WeChat calls?
- Yes. With Meetings on, AgentSky Mac notices a WeChat voice or video call, records both sides and transcribes it on your Mac. A WeChat call has no calendar entry, so WeChat's own call record names who it was with.
- Which meeting apps does it work with?
- Calls in WeChat, Tencent Meeting, Zoom, Lark, Feishu and Microsoft Teams, and web meetings such as Google Meet in Chrome or Safari. For meetings you are not at your Mac for, a recorder joins Zoom, Meet and Teams.
- Is the transcription done on my Mac?
- Yes. Speech becomes text on your Mac, with Apple's recogniser or, once you download it in Settings › This Mac › Voice, the SenseVoice model, which tells Chinese, English, Cantonese, Japanese and Korean apart on its own. The summary and action items are written by an online model. Recordings stay on your Mac and are deleted once the call is transcribed, unless you keep them for 30 days.
- Does a bot join my meetings?
- Not for calls recorded on your Mac. Only the optional recorder joins a meeting: it appears as “AgentSky Notetaker”, visible to everyone in the call, in Zoom, Meet and Teams meetings on your Google Calendar that invite someone outside the workspace.
- What do I need?
- AgentSky Mac on macOS 14.2 or later, a Google or Outlook calendar connected on agentsky.dev, and the microphone and system audio permissions macOS asks for on your first call.
